LONDON,UK (November 23, 2006) – Mobile technology and solutions provider Vegas Wireless Entertainment “VWE” is pleased to announce the signing of a non-exclusive licensing agreement with WirelesStudios Inc. for the purpose of distributing mobile content across its international distribution network. The new deal will provide an open access gateway for VWE to distribute its games internationally.

WirelesStudios distributes directly to mobile operators and portals in the UK, Italy, and Canada, and through third parties throughout Europe and Asia. “This agreement with long-standing partner WirelesStudios will allow VWE to leverage established operator channels in leading consumer markets, representing an effective and efficient means of growing revenues and market share. We are very excited about the possibilities of future agreements,” stated Paul Ramsay, CEO, VWE.
